55+ Buyers Going Strong
Phase II Opens New Homesites at Seton Highlands
(August 10, 2008)
"Our neighbhorhood up in the pines just continues to get better and better," says sales manager Stacy Gerry. "With 28 happy homeowners and 3 more homes under contract, we're poised to open up five new homesites in Phase II. Our momentum just keeps on building."
According to Stacy, many people over 55 simply don't want to wait any longer to start a new chapter in their lives. They've come to realize that postponing the lifestyle they want to second guess the market is just too great a tradeoff.
The appeal of maintenance-free living in a casually elegant home -combined with the instant camaraderie of the neighborhood - is huge. "Our homeowners have lots of ideas about what they want to do with their free time and mowing the lawn isn't one of them," says Stacy. "Golfing, traveling, entertaining, being with friends and family - that's what it's all about for them. That's why they love Seton Highlands."
The newly released lots make available three Stirling model homes and 2 Hamilton model homes.
The Pinehills, overall, also reached a tremendous milestone this summer with more than 1,080 homes sold. With still more under contract, sales are now approaching the halfway mark for the community.
